Sprinkles are usually thought of as decoration and texture, but now with twinkle & beam sprinkles you can add a pop of flavor as well! All our sprinkles are naturally flavored with real food ingredients, making them cute AND delicious!

Great question! There’s not much you can’t put sprinkles on! Besides cakes, ice cream and cookies, anywhere you’d like a pop of sweet flavor is the perfect place for twinkle & beam sprinkles. Some of our favorites are on morning cappuccino, in a yogurt parfait, or even sprinkled generously on some buttered toast! Keep an eye on our instagram for some more great ideas.

All of the sprinkles are flavored with real food ingredients. There are no artificial flavors in any of our recipes.

Each bag contains 1.5 oz by weight which equals about 1/3 of a cup. One bag would be plenty for 24 cupcakes.

Flavored sprinkles will last for about a year, but taste freshest if eaten within 4-6 months. Some of the brighter colors may fade before then, but they are still delicious.

The palm oil in some recipes allow fat soluble flavors to come through more clearly, and minimizes the sweetness of the powdered sugar. We choose to use an organic palm oil because it has no hydrogenated fats and 0g trans fat per serving. We use Spectrum Organics organic vegetable shortening because it is Fair Trade, Certified Sustainable and Rainforest Alliance Certified.

Our sprinkles are made in a home kitchen on equipment that also processes peanuts, treenuts, dairy, wheat and other allergens. Additionally all but the chocolate variety are made with eggs and the peanut butter fudge variety has peanuts.

The chocolate sprinkles are vegan. All other flavors are vegetarian, but contain eggs.

We will occasionally have limited runs of colorful vanilla flavored sprinkles, but they will not be in the regular line up. Vanilla is the only flavor that can be colored. Contact us for availability for custom color orders (minimum custom order is $50).

Most of our sprinkles get their hue from all natural food ingredients. Because of this there will be a variance in the color of the sprinkles, which if exposed to light and heat, may fade in color. They are still delicious, just a little less bright. The color in Raspberry and Matcha tea are especially prone to fading, which is why we use a small amount of food coloring and an opaque packaging for those flavors.

Occasionally there will be colorful vanilla bean sprinkles for sale, but these are artificially colored and should not fade.

Currently only two flavors have a small amount of food coloring, Raspberry and Matcha, because the natural colors in those foods fade extremely easily. We can make custom orders completely free of artificial coloring, but they will fade and brown if not used immediately. Minimum amount of $50 for all custom orders.
